The Norfolk is 1894 square feet, and has been redesigned to include a two story living space in the living room, a more open kitchen, and 210 sqft of expandable unheated space upstairs. The basement is 744 square feet that can be used as storage, or converted into heated media/exercise/game room. The Norfolk is also designed to accommodate an elevator.
